The founder of the Academy possesses more than a decade of experience in the corporate sector and has rendered his service in various departments including L&D, HR and Training sectors. Being in
HR, he has seen and interviewed many candidates, where he found that most of the candidates are not through in the interview and this wasn’t because of lacking the educational or technical eligibility instead it was for lacking professional skills. There he learnt that along with Academic and technical education there is a need for professional skills.

He decided to help the job seekers and with all the experience, he found out the core skills which are required for the well-being are English Language/English Communication and Soft Skills. And these skills are not only helpful in corporate sector but also in academic and personal life as well.

 
He created a module, listed the most required skills and has been teaching this for the past few years. Through his most relevant and practically designed module he has helped many students, job seekers to get into the corporate sector and working individuals to change their jobs or to climb the hierarchy in the same organization. His training not only provides corporate skills which are required to get into the corporate sector but also the skills to develop, grow and succeed in the same.
 
His idea behind Skillprowise is to help students, job seekers and working individuals to understand and learn the professional skills required to crack the interviews, enter the corporate sector and grow in the career respectively.
